Shipping & Delivery:
Although most tapestries ship within 5 - 7 business days of your order, due to the special nature of these products, please allow up to 2 - 3 weeks for completion and delivery (in rare cases). We cannot provide delivery guarantees on any tapestry products, but will always do our best to have your order completed and shipped as soon as possible. .
Shipping within the U.S. is done by common carrier (UPS or FedEx) based upon the product and the delivery location.
International Shipping is available through FedEx International. Some smaller items can be shipped via USPS. Those products that can be shipped may be done so via USPS without tracking details provided. However, all shipments are insured against lost or damage.
We do offer USPS as an option for shipping, and will do our best to accommadate your preference, however shipment by USPS is not guaranteed. If you select USPS and another carrier is selected for shipment, you will only be charged the S&H fees for the carrier you selected. However - for international shipments, where customs are involved - any fees for customs, duties, taxes, etc. will be billed direct by the carrier and will remain the customer's responsibility.
All products are warehoused within the U.S. Canadian and International customers will be responsible for any and all customs, duties, taxes and brokerage charges, which will be billed COD upon delivery by the carrier.

When your order arrives...
Please open all boxes immediately and check contents. If there is any damage to the packaging or product, we must be notified by Email within 2 business days of you receiving your products.

If we made a mistake shipping your item, please E-mail us within 2 business days of receiving your order. We will issue an RMA Number and return instructions on how and where to return the product.
As these products are Jacquard Woven with natural fabrics, some color variations may occur naturally. This is not to be considered a defect of the product, but a natural occurance which makes each Tapestry unique.
However, in the rare case that there is a problem with your tapestry, please contact us by E-mail within 30 days to arrange a direct exchange. In the case of product defects, our standard practice (for products shipped within the Lower 48 US states) is:
A Call Tag will be issued to pick up the defective item. Please keep the original packaging for pickup. If the original packaging is not available, you will need to repackage the product to ensure safe return.
Once the defective item is returned, a replacement piece will be issued at no additional cost.
Items shipped outside of the Lower 48 US States will need to be returned at the customer's expense.
Defective items reported beyond the 30 days may incur additional costs for replacement and will need to be returned at the customer's expense. Defective items reported beyond 90 days are non-returnable and are not covered by our return/exchange policy.
If, upon inspection, it is determined that the product is not defective, additional handling charges of 15% of the original order will be applied to the replacement item.
Due to the nature of online catalogs, individual monitors may not always accurately reflect the colors of the tapestry. Even if the colors are significantly different that what is shown, this is not considered a product defect. However, these items can be returned for an exchange or refund under the "Personal Preference" return policies (see below).

As Tapestries are art, we do understand that sometimes the product simply does not match your home's decor.
If you decide that the tapestry is not right for you, we will accept returns provided you contact us by E-mail within 30 days of receipt.
HOLD ONTO THE ORIGINAL BOXES AND PACKAGING.
An RMA number will be generated, along with instructions regarding the return of the product.
DO NOT RETURN PRODUCTS WITHOUT AN RMA, AS THEY WILL BE REFUSED.
Personal Preference Returns will be subject to a 15% Restocking Fee, and outbound shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If the product was ordered during a Free Shipping promotion, the actual cost of outbound shipping plus the 15% Restocking Fee will be deducted from the refund.
Personal Preference Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange the original tapestry for another tapestry product of equal or greater value, the restocking fee will be waived providing the replacement order is completed before the refund is issued.
